Who we are
K.SANT is a home cleaning brand based in the United States, operated by Stephanie Duffy. We make cleaning products with organic ingredients.
Ordering
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy at the listed price. We confirm by email. We may cancel an order we cannot fulfill, for example because of inventory or address issues, and we will refund you in full if we do.
Pricing
Prices are in U.S. dollars. Taxes and shipping are shown at checkout. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically on the schedule you choose. You can change, pause, or cancel before the next ship date.
Intellectual property
The K.SANT name, logo, photography, and product copy on this site belong to us. Please do not republish them commercially without asking. If you want to share photos or talk about the product, tag @ksanthome.
Use of products
Our products are for household use as described on the label. Please read the label before use and test on a small, hidden area of any sensitive surface first. K.SANT is not liable for damage caused by misuse or by use outside the described purpose.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States.
