When we ship

Items ship 1-2 days after you place your order.

Shipping cost

• Standard shipping is $10 flat.
• Shipping is free on orders over $75.

Tracking

You will get a tracking email when your order ships. If you do not see one within three business days of placing your order, check your spam folder or email hello@ksanthome.com.

Damaged or missing packages

If your order arrives damaged, send a photo to hello@ksanthome.com within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it at our cost. If tracking says delivered but you cannot find the package, wait 48 hours, check with neighbors and your local post office, then email us and we will help.
