What’s covered
All three SKUs. Full refund.
- Unopened bottles, within 30 days of delivery. Full refund. No questions, no restocking fee.
- Opened bottles you didn’t get along with, within 30 days. Full refund. We only ask that you tell us why so the next batch can be better.
- Damaged in transit or wrong item shipped. Full refund or replacement at our cost, same day. Send a photo, we handle the rest.
- Bundle orders. Same rules — treat the bundle as one purchase. Send back either bottle or both.
- Subscription orders, within 30 days of each shipment. Each renewal has its own 30-day window from the day it arrived.
How it works
One email. We handle the rest.
- Write us. Email hello@ksanthome.com with your order number (it’s in your confirmation email) and one line about why — even “wasn’t for me” is a complete answer.
- We reply. If a return is needed (rare — usually only for unopened or damaged items), we send a prepaid return label. If it isn’t, we process your refund directly.
- Refund or replacement is on the way. Refunds go back to your original payment method. Replacements ship the same day we approve them. You don’t pay shipping either direction.
Note on timing: refunds typically land in your account 5–10 business days after we approve them — that window is on your bank or card issuer, not us. We’ll always confirm by email the moment the refund is issued on our end.
What’s not covered
Plain language.
- Subscription orders shipped more than 30 days ago. You can cancel or pause your subscription anytime from your account dashboard, but past shipments outside the 30-day window aren’t covered.
- Damage from use on surfaces our label tells you to avoid. The Every Spray isn’t made for electronic screens or leather, and the label says so. We can’t cover damage that came from skipping those notes.
- Wholesale orders. Wholesale runs on a separate policy — wholesale@ksanthome.com for line-sheet customers.
- Gift cards. Non-refundable, as is standard.
Why we offer this
A bottle of cleaner shouldn’t be a gamble.
We make a single product, by hand, in small batches. We can’t ask you to take a leap of faith on a cleaning spray you’ve never tried before — so we don’t. If it doesn’t work for you, we make it right. That’s the whole deal.
The 30-day window gives you real time with the spray — counters, glass, the bathroom, a wipe-down at the end of a long day. Long enough to know if it belongs in your home.
The fine print
Honestly, that’s most of it.
- The 30-day window starts the day your order is delivered (tracked via the shipping carrier’s confirmation).
- We pay return shipping for damaged or wrong-item claims. For change-of-mind returns of unopened bottles, we pay return shipping too — no fine print there either.
- You don’t need to send opened bottles back to us. If you opened it and didn’t love it, just tell us — we’ll refund without a return.
- Refunds are made to the same payment method used at checkout. If that account is closed, we’ll arrange store credit or a check.
- This guarantee is offered by K.SANT and applies to direct purchases from ksanthome.com. For orders placed through retailers, follow that retailer’s return policy.
